Pink Blossom List: Cakes and Sweets: Whoopie Pies

First it was cupcakes. Now it's what is often referred to as the "inside out cupcake"- Whoopie Pies! These not-so-little treats consist of two large cookies or round mounds of cakes stuffed with a sweet buttercream filling. This seemingly simple combination is nothing but heavenly!

Many years ago, two friends decided to share their list of favorite wedding vendors with each other. Soon they told two friends and they told two friends and so on. One day those two friends decided that they should share their research with the world.

Along the way, they gathered more friends. Now, we call ourselves the Pink List Panel and our list is the Pink Blossom List. We are wedding experts, wedding fans, and just a bunch of great women who love to talk all things beautiful, all things fun, all things pleasing...except it's always about wedding related things!
