If you live in San Francisco, you may have noticed the long line of patrons trailing down the block in front of Bi-Rite Creamery in the Mission district. I now know why. Their handcrafted ice cream is to die for. The salted caramel is a favorite, but even the plain chocolate is amazing. And to top it off, Bi-Rite is a completely sustainable operation using local, organic ingredients.
Good news: Bi-Rite caters and would be such a fun addition to a wedding. Who doesn't love an ice cream sundae bar?
